I have been making this no-bake biscuit cake for over 10 years and it continues to be a crowd-pleaser. My dear friend Nicki introduced it to me and I was super excited to make a no-bake cake recipe that is creamy and soft and perfectly sweet. This cake is easy to make and looks so impressive when cut.

It is great to make at kids’ parties or larger gatherings along with other desserts.


  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 500 ml thick cream
  • 2 ½ teaspoons cocoa
  • 1 packet Arnott coffee biscuits
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3-4 strawberries halved lengthways

Step 1
To make the cocoa cream, whip sugar, cream, and cocoa until fluffy.

Step 2
Dip one biscuit into the milk for a few seconds (you need to moisten it but not soak it). Using a knife, spread 1 tablespoon of the prepared cocoa cream on one side of the milky biscuit and stand on the platter (you will need to hold it up initially). Do the same for the second biscuit, spreading cream on one side and placing it next to the first biscuit. Repeat this process with all biscuits lining them upright in a row.

Step 3
Spread the remaining cocoa cream over the cake covering all sides and smooth. Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles and top with strawberries. slice it diagonally.
