Marinated chicken tenderloins are perfect to grill and easy to cook. They’re so easy to prepare and you’ll most likely have all the marinating ingredients in your pantry. These are the most delicious grilled marinated tenders – lean, tender, and always so, so tasty. They’re perfect for that healthy chicken salad you might be craving or a simple yogurt cucumber salad.
- 500 grams of chicken tenderloins
- 3 garlic cloves
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- ½ teaspoon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon chilli paste/mince
- 1 tablespoon of yogurt
- salt and pepper as required

- Marinating the chicken tenderloins for at least 1-2 hours is ideal.
- Serve these with a delicious healthy salad.
Season the chicken tenderloins with salt and pepper. To make the marinade, combine the marinade ingredients except for the yogurt in a mini food processer and bring to a paste. Once well combined, add the yogurt and mix it through.
Alternatively, you can make your marinade in a mortar and pestle (I love to do mine in a mortar and pestle).
Pour the marinade over the chicken tenderloins and mix well to coat, massaging all over.
These make the best healthy chicken salad.
