Marinated chicken tenderloins are perfect to grill and easy to cook. They are so easy to prepare and you will most likely have all the marinating ingredients in your pantry. They are simply the most delicious grilled marinated tenders – lean, tender, and always so so tasty. They are perfect for that healthy chicken salad you might be craving or a simple yogurt cucumber salad.
- 500 grams of chicken tenderloins
- 3 garlic cloves
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- ½ teaspoon mustard
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon oregano
- ½ teaspoon chili paste/mince
- 1 tablespoon of yogurt
- salt and pepper as required
*Marinating the chicken tenderloins for at least 1-2 hours is ideal.

Season the chicken tenderloins with salt and pepper.
To make the marinade; In a mini food processer, combine marinade ingredients except for the yogurt and bring to a paste. Once well combined, add the yogurt and mix it through.
Alternatively, you can make your marinade in a mortar and pestle. (I love to do mine in a mortar and pestle).
Pour marinade over the chicken tenderloins and mix well to coat, massaging all over.
