When you’re in a rush to feed a mad crowd of teenagers and children, this easy recipe with simple ingredients will keep them happy and full. Simple homemade pancakes are fluffy and super soft with the added bonus of filling up those hungry kids.

Step 1.
Sift the flour, baking powder and sugar into a bowl. Set aside.
Step 2.
Mix the eggs, milk and melted butter in a bowl and pour over the dry ingredients, whisking to form a batter. Rest for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3.
Heat a frying pan and brush lightly with extra melted butter. Pour approximately ¼ cup of the batter into the pan. Cook over low heat until golden in colour, turn the pancake over and continue to cook for 20 seconds or until golden.
