Sahlab pudding breakfast bowl is a new, delicious and easy breakfast recipe.  It is the perfect way to keep your mornings colourful.  A  healthy smooth milk pudding prepared from cornflower, honey and a dash of orange blossom.  You can make it in less than 10 minutes and serve it with whatever you love.  4 basic ingredients and one small pot is all you need.  My bowl is brimming with fresh fruit, nuts and toasted oats to recharge you for the day ahead.

The benefits and beauty of breakfast bowls


  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoon cornflour
  • 1 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoon orange blossom water
  • cinnamon ground
  • coconut flakes
  • toasted rolled oats
  • blueberries
  • pistachio roughly chopped
  • almond roughly chopped

Cook’s Note

*stir constantly once ingredients are combined to avoid lumps in the milk
*you can substitute orange blossom for vanilla bean extract


Step 1
Combine milk, cornflower, honey and orange blossom.  Whisk over medium heat until milk is thick and creamy (approximately 5 minutes).  Cool

Step 2
Top with a cinnamon powder, toasted rolled oats, flaked coconut, blueberries, pistachio and almonds.
