Sahlab pudding breakfast bowl is a new, delicious and easy breakfast recipe. Keep your mornings colourful with a healthy, smooth milk pudding prepared from cornflower, honey, and a dash of orange blossom.
You can make this breakfast bowl in less than 10 minutes and serve it with whatever you love. 4 basic ingredients and one small pot is all you need. My bowl is brimming with fresh fruit, nuts, and toasted oats to recharge me for the day ahead.

Ingredients
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons cornflour
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons orange blossom water
cinnamon ground
coconut flakes
toasted rolled oats (optional)
blueberries
pistachio roughly chopped
almond roughly chopped

Stir constantly once the ingredients are combined to avoid lumps in the milk.
You can substitute orange blossom for vanilla bean extract.
Method
Step 1.
Combine the milk, cornflower, honey and orange blossom. Whisk over medium heat until the milk is thick and creamy (approximately 5 minutes). Let it cool down.
Step 2.
Top with cinnamon powder, toasted rolled oats, flaked coconut, blueberries, pistachio and almonds.
