Step 1.
Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Brush both sides of the sourdough slices with olive oil and grill until charred on both sides. Rub one side of each slice with a cut garlic clove.

Step 2.
In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped parsley, chopped basil, chopped spring onion, salt, and olive oil. Spoon the tomato mixture on top of the grilled bread slices. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve immediately!
