Chicken Schnitzel Roll
Crispy schnitzel, rosé sauce, buffalo cheese and pesto — all piled into a toasted roll
These Ready-to-Go Chicken Rolls are a lifesaver in my kitchen, especially during busy times like Ramadan. My mother-in-law always had these chicken rolls ready in her fridge—they would disappear as quickly as she made them! I find them perfect for suhoor; having these Ready-to-Go Chicken Rolls handy makes feeding the boys during those early Ramadan mornings a breeze.
I love recipes that make life simpler, and these Ready-to-Go Chicken Rolls definitely fit the bill. They’re delicious straight from the fridge, or you can toast them up with cheese, mayo, or a drizzle of chilli sauce. Step 1. Prepare and Fill
Shred the cooked chicken thoroughly, removing all skin and bones, and set aside. Carefully hollow out each hot dog roll without tearing them, then spread a thin layer of softened butter inside each roll (optional)

Generously fill the rolls with the shredded chicken, pressing gently to distribute evenly.

Step 2. Wrap and Store
Wrap each filled roll tightly in baking paper, place them in a resealable bag or airtight container, and refrigerate. They will stay fresh for several days, making them ideal for meal prep.

Step 3. Serve and Enjoy
When ready, unwrap the rolls, add cheese, mayonnaise, or chilli sauce if desired, and toast until golden and the cheese melts. Serve warm and enjoy!
