Ingredients
Method
Step 1.
- Cut the chicken breast fillets into cubes that are slightly larger than bite-sized for easy skewering.
- Sprinkle the cumin powder, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, chili flakes, and dried parsley evenly over the diced chicken. Toss to ensure all pieces are well-coated with the spices.
- Thread the seasoned chicken onto skewers, spacing the pieces evenly.
Step 2.
- Beat 2-3 eggs in a bowl. Season with a little salt and pepper for extra seasoning (optional). Dip the chicken skewers into the beaten egg, ensuring each skewer is fully coated.
- Roll the egg-coated chicken skewers in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to ensure a good coat.
Step 3.
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. It's important not to let the oil get too hot; if it is, the breadcrumbs on the chicken skewers will burn before the chicken is cooked through.
- Carefully place the breaded chicken skewers in the oil. Fry them until golden brown and crispy on all sides, and the chicken is cooked through, about 4 minutes per side.
- Remove the chicken skewers from the oil and drain on paper towels.
