- 2 medium potatoes
- 1-2 teaspoons Sumac

Begin by peeling the potatoes and cutting them into even bite-sized pieces. Heat the oil in a frying pan and sauté the onions over medium heat until translucent.
Add the diced potato stirring and mixing with the onion. Cover and continue to cook until potatoes are cooked through and the onions are slightly golden in colour (approximately 15-20 minutes). Sprinkle over the sumac, season with salt and gently mix.
