Step 1.
Split the croissant from the rounded side but do not cut through. Toast in an oven or on a griddle pan for approximately 5-6 minutes or until slightly charred but still soft on the inside.
Step 2.
To make the filling, beat the cheese cream until smooth, add the icing sugar and cream and continue to beat until smooth. Fold in the melted white chocolate and frozen blueberries.
Divide the filling evenly between the mini croissants and spread evenly. Dust these delicious mini blueberry croissants with extra icing sugar.
