Blueberry Cheesecake Croissants

These easy blueberry cheesecake croissants are made with just 6 a handful of ingredients.  No baking is required, just some store-bought mini croissants, stuffed with the most delicious creamy cheesecake filling that you can whip up in just 5 minutes.

Blueberry Cheesecake Croissants are perfect for weekend guests or for brunches, breakfast, kids’ sleepovers, and let’s face it any time during the year.  This is the secret recipe that will wow and impress your guests. However, if you are in the mood for baking, then Blackberry and White Chocolate Cheesecake is a favourite!



  • 6-8 mini croissants
  • 250 grams Philadelphia cheese (chilled)
  • 3 tablespoons icing sugar
  • 150ml cream thickened
  • 100 grams white chocolate melted
  • 1 cup blueberries frozen
  • extra icing sugar to dust

Step 1.

Split the croissant from the rounded side but do not cut through.  Toast in an oven or on a griddle pan for approximately 5-6 minutes or until slightly charred but still soft on the inside.

Step 2.

To make the filling, beat the cheese cream until smooth, add the icing sugar and cream and continue to beat until smooth. Fold in the melted white chocolate and frozen blueberries.

Divide the filling evenly between the mini croissants and spread evenly. Dust these delicious mini blueberry croissants with extra icing sugar.
