Marinated chicken tenderloins are perfect to grill and easy to cook. These Juicy and Tender Tenderlions are so easy to prepare and you’ll most likely have all the marinating ingredients at home. These are the most delicious grilled juicy and tender tenderloins you’ll come across.  Lean, tender, and always so, so tasty.  They’re perfect for that healthy chicken salad you might be craving or a simple yogurt cucumber salad.

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 500 grams of chicken tenderloins

Marinade Ingredients

  • 3 garlic cloves
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • ½ teaspoon oregano
  • ½ teaspoon chili paste/mince
  • 1 tablespoon of yogurt
  • salt and pepper as required

  • Marinating the chicken tenderloins for at least 1-2 hours is ideal.
  • Serve these with a delicious healthy salad.

Method

Step 1.

Season the chicken tenderloins with salt and pepper. To make the marinade, combine the marinade ingredients except for the yogurt in a mini food processor and bring it to a paste. Once well combined, add the yogurt and mix it through. Alternatively, you can make your marinade in a mortar and pestle (I love to do mine in a mortar and pestle). Pour the marinade over the chicken tenderloins and mix well to coat, massaging all over.

Step 2.

Heat pan over medium-high heat (no added oil necessary). Add the chicken and cook for 6 to 10 minutes, turning several times until cooked through. Alternatively, prepare a charcoal fire barbecue and cook.
