Sahlab dessert drink is a hot beverage made from milk that is very popular in the Middle East. This traditional dessert drink is my top favourite in winter as it’s sure to warm you up. Sahlab is a smooth milk-like pudding that can be instantly prepared from cornflower and sugar. Garnish it with cinnamon powder and pistachio and enjoy it with a cookie or two.

- 1 teaspoon orange blossom water
- cinnamon ground
- pistachio ground
Notes from Rouba
