Ingredients

  • 12 Turkish Delight (pieces)
  • 24 Vanilla Biscuits
  • icing sugar for dusting
  • dried roses for garnish (optional)

  • Use good quality Turkish delight

Method

Step 1.

Simply stretch out a Turkish delight between two original coffee biscuits and sandwich them together.

Step 2.

Put the sandwiches on top of each other on a cake stand or tray and dust them with icing sugar.

Garnish with dried roses or edible flowers

These brownies are just the right amount of squidgy on the inside with a lovely crust on the top. The raspberries add a little tartness and cut through the chocolate nicely, which goes perfectly with the brownie.
